What can you make? And then sell to raise money? From cakes to candles, tote bags to T-shirts, get your design skills pumping. Club together with other creators and organise a craft or bake sale.
Get sponsored to do a creative challenge. Can you write a poem a day for a month? Or draw everyone in your team? Or produce a mural in your community?
Organise a craft day. Is there someone in your community who can inspire and teach creative skills? Run workshops about taking good selfies or making friendship bracelets.

Get the most out of your fundraising
- Make sure your activity is legal and safe. Our guide includes a useful checklist if you are involving children in your activity.
- Create a JustGiving page so you have a place to raise money and share updates.
- Set a fundraising target. Pages with targets always raise more.
- Let people know how their donations will help young cancer patients and their families.
- Update and thank everyone afterwards. 20% of donations typically come in after an event.

Tips
- Ask local businesses if they could sponsor your event or donate materials.
- Craft sales are especially good in the run up to Christmas or other seasonal events.
